Job Description

The Assistant Front Office Manager supports daily reception operations, supervises front desk colleagues, handles guest requests and complaints, coordinates arrivals and departures, and helps maintain excellent service standards. Candidates should have hotel front-office experience, strong communication and leadership skills, good knowledge of reservation and property-management systems, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Fluency in English is normally expected; knowledge of Thai or other languages is an advantage. The successful candidate should be organized, professional, guest-focused, calm under pressure, and comfortable coaching team members while supporting the Front Office Manager.
