Duty Manager

Job Description

The Duty Manager oversees daily resort operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth front-office coordination, and prompt resolution of complaints or operational issues. Candidates are generally expected to have hotel or resort supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, sound judgment, and confidence working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Experience with hotel property-management systems, cash handling, guest relations, and Marriott service standards is advantageous. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with a professional presentation and willingness to support other departments when needed.
