Job Description

The F&B and Event Service Expert supports banquet and event operations at The Westin Melbourne. Responsibilities include setting up function rooms, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, maintaining presentation standards, responding to guest requests and helping deliver smooth conferences, weddings and other events. Applicants are generally expected to have hospitality or event-service experience, strong communication skills and a professional, guest-focused attitude.
