Job Description

This university internship supports the Front Office team at Le Méridien Khao Lak Resort & Spa. Responsibilities may include assisting with check-in and check-out, guest requests, reservations, telephone enquiries, billing support, and coordination with other hotel departments. Applicants should be enrolled in or recently completing a hospitality, tourism, or related program, with a willingness to learn hotel operations. Good communication skills, a professional appearance, basic computer ability, and conversational English are expected. Thai language skills and previous customer-service experience are helpful. The successful candidate should be service-minded, punctual, adaptable, comfortable working shifts, and able to maintain Marriott’s standards for guest care, confidentiality, and professionalism.
