Candidates should have practical experience in hotel maintenance, building services or a related technical field, with basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and air-conditioning systems. A vocational certificate or technical qualification is advantageous. The role requires problem-solving ability, safe working practices, attention to detail and a willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to respond promptly to maintenance requests, complete preventive maintenance, record work accurately, support hotel operations and provide courteous service to guests and colleagues.
