Company Info

Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort is a Marriott International property in Seminyak, Bali, one of the island’s best-known areas for beaches, dining, shopping, nightlife, and leisure travel. Courtyard hotels are designed for both business and vacation guests, offering contemporary accommodation, restaurants and bars, meeting facilities, fitness and recreation services, and professional guest support. As part of the Marriott portfolio, the resort generally follows international standards for service, food safety, employee conduct, and operational training. Working there can provide exposure to a multicultural hotel environment, structured procedures, and opportunities to develop a long-term hospitality career. Benefits and employment conditions vary according to the contract and local regulations, but hotel roles may include service charge, staff meals, uniforms, insurance, training, and internal career opportunities.

Destination Guide

Bali offers strong employment opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, villas, tourism, wellness, events, and retail, particularly in Seminyak, Kuta, Canggu, Nusa Dua, and Ubud. The culture combines Hindu traditions, temple ceremonies, community life, music, dance, and a generally warm, welcoming attitude. Lifestyle can be relaxed and outdoor-focused, with beaches, surfing, hiking, cafés, and a large international community, although traffic and living costs in popular areas can be high. Indonesia requires foreign nationals to hold an appropriate work authorization; a tourist or ordinary visitor visa does not permit employment. In practice, the employer normally sponsors the required work permit and limited-stay visa or KITAS, subject to current immigration and manpower rules. Candidates should confirm salary, accommodation, insurance, taxes, permit responsibility, and contract terms before relocating. Local language skills are useful, while English is commonly required in international resorts.
