Job Description

The Duty Manager oversees daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth coordination between departments. Requirements typically include hotel experience in front office or operations, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and knowledge of luxury hospitality standards. Familiarity with hotel systems, guest recovery, cash handling, and safety procedures is often expected. Fluency in English is essential, while additional languages are advantageous. The successful candidate should be confident supervising colleagues, handling complaints professionally, making sound decisions under pressure, and maintaining Marriott and St. Regis service standards. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
