Job Description

The Demi Chef de Partie supports the Chef de Partie and kitchen team in preparing, cooking, and presenting food to Sheraton’s standards. Typical requirements include culinary training or relevant kitchen experience, knowledge of food safety and hygiene, basic menu and ingredient understanding, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The candidate is expected to maintain a clean and organized workstation, follow recipes and portion controls, reduce waste, assist with preparation and service, and cooperate well with colleagues. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is important. Good communication, discipline, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in hospitality are valued.
