Job Description

The Guest Relations Team Leader supports daily operations in the Executive Lounge, leads and coaches guest relations associates, and ensures a polished, personalised experience for VIP and lounge guests. Requirements typically include hotel or guest-services experience, strong English communication, leadership ability, professional presentation, and confidence handling guest requests, complaints, and service recovery.
