Job Description

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and service facilities to Sheraton’s required standards. Duties include changing linens, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, handling cleaning equipment safely, and responding courteously to guest requests. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is helpful but may not always be required. Good personal grooming, teamwork, communication skills, honesty, and a strong commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction are expected.
