The Guest Experience Expert supports guests throughout their stay, providing a warm welcome, handling check-in and check-out, responding to requests, explaining hotel facilities, resolving concerns, and helping create memorable experiences. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment. Previous hotel, front-office, or guest-relations experience is helpful. Fluency in English is generally expected; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with good computer skills and attention to detail.
