Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager is expected to drive revenue for Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach by developing corporate, leisure, group, wedding, and MICE business. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field, together with several years of hotel or resort sales experience, preferably in an international luxury property. Strong knowledge of local and international markets, proven negotiation and account-management skills, and familiarity with sales systems are important. The successful candidate should be commercially minded, target-driven, well presented, and confident communicating in English; additional languages are beneficial. The role also requires effective collaboration with revenue management, reservations, events, and operations teams, regular client visits, market analysis, sales calls, presentations, and achievement of monthly and annual targets.
