Job Description

This internship supports the front office team with guest check-in and check-out, answering enquiries, handling reservations, preparing guest accounts, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments. Candidates should be studying hospitality or a related subject, have good spoken and written English, a professional appearance, basic computer skills, and a genuine interest in guest service. Arabic or other languages may be helpful. The successful candidate is expected to be friendly, reliable, well organised, flexible with shifts, and comfortable working in a busy hotel environment. Previous hotel or customer-service experience is beneficial but may not be essential. The role also requires confidentiality, attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn Marriott operating standards.
