The Guest Experience Expert – Front Desk welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and requests, provides local information, resolves concerns, and ensures a smooth, personalized stay. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a professional appearance, basic computer and hotel-property-management-system knowledge, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Previous front-office or hospitality experience is helpful, while fluency in English is generally expected; additional languages are an advantage. The role requires patience, attention to detail, teamwork, discretion, and confidence when assisting guests from different cultures.
