Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island but a federation of seven emirates, including Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, construction, healthcare, technology, and finance provide many employment opportunities. The culture blends Emirati traditions with a large international community; modest dress, respect for Islamic customs, and awareness of local laws are important. Abu Dhabi offers a clean, safe, modern lifestyle with beaches, malls, restaurants, desert activities, and cultural attractions, although summer temperatures are extremely high. Employers normally sponsor work visas, residence permits, medical checks, and Emirates ID processing for overseas hires. Candidates should confirm whether accommodation, meals, transport, insurance, annual leave, and airfare are included. Relocating employees should budget for deposits, personal expenses, and document attestation, and should never pay recruitment fees for a legitimate employer-sponsored position.
