The Complex Sales Coordinator supports the sales team across Marriott properties, coordinating client inquiries, proposals, contracts, sales activities, appointments and administrative follow-up. Candidates are generally expected to have hospitality or sales coordination experience, strong organization and communication skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately. Experience with hotel sales systems, CRM platforms and group or corporate business is advantageous. The role requires professional English, a customer-focused approach, attention to detail and the confidence to work with internal departments and external clients. The successful candidate should be proactive, commercially aware, discreet with confidential information and able to work under deadlines in a multicultural, fast-paced resort environment.
