Job Description

The F&B Service Expert welcomes guests, takes and delivers food and beverage orders, sets and clears tables, processes payments, and helps maintain a clean, well-organized dining area. Candidates should have customer-service or food-and-beverage experience, good English communication skills, a professional appearance, and basic knowledge of service standards and point-of-sale systems. Hospitality training or a related qualification is helpful, while experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage. The role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, teamwork, physical stamina, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays is expected, together with a genuine commitment to creating a welcoming guest experience.
