Job Description

The Concierge Supervisor leads the concierge and guest-services team, coordinates arrivals, transportation, local recommendations, luggage assistance, and special requests, and ensures a smooth, welcoming guest experience. Candidates should have hospitality or front-office experience, supervisory ability, strong communication skills, and good knowledge of local attractions, transport, and services. Fluency in English is normally expected; Malay and additional languages are advantageous. The role requires professional presentation, problem-solving, attention to detail, flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods. The successful candidate is expected to coach colleagues, work closely with reception and other departments, handle guest concerns courteously, and uphold Marriott and Moxy service standards.
