Job Description

The Front Office Manager oversees reception, guest services, check-in and check-out, room allocation, cashiering, complaints handling and daily front-desk operations. Candidates should have previous hotel front-office or supervisory experience, strong communication skills and a good understanding of property-management systems. Fluency in English is important; Malay and other languages are advantageous. The role requires leadership, problem-solving ability, professional presentation and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
