Job Description

This apprenticeship supports restaurant service at Brooklyn Chop House, including greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, setting and clearing tables, processing payments, and maintaining service standards. Candidates should be enthusiastic, well presented, customer focused, and willing to learn. Good communication skills, teamwork, reliability, and a genuine interest in hospitality are expected. Previous experience may be helpful but is generally not essential for an apprentice role. The successful candidate should be comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while following food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures.
