Job Description

The Cook prepares and presents food according to recipes, quality standards, and food-safety procedures. Typical requirements include relevant kitchen experience, basic knowledge of cooking methods and hygiene regulations, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The candidate is expected to maintain a clean workstation, control portion sizes and food waste, support the kitchen team during busy service, and communicate professionally with supervisors and colleagues. Experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant is advantageous. Indonesian language skills are generally useful, while hospitality training or a food-safety certificate may strengthen the application.
