Venue Manager

Job Description

The Venue Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the venue at AC Hotel Gold Coast, including guest experience, service standards, team coordination, event delivery, staffing, supplier relationships and financial performance. Candidates are expected to have hospitality or venue-management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, sound commercial awareness, and the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, together with a strong focus on safety, presentation, guest satisfaction and Marriott service standards. Experience managing events, food and beverage operations or hotel venues would be highly regarded.
