Job Description

The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing an assigned kitchen section, preparing and cooking food to Sheraton and Marriott standards, and ensuring consistent quality, presentation, hygiene, and portion control. Candidates should have professional culinary training or relevant kitchen experience, with experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, mise en place, stock rotation, and basic cost control is expected. The successful candidate should be organized, dependable, physically fit, and able to work efficiently under pressure, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Teamwork, attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to follow international service standards are essential.
