Job Description

The F&B Supervisor oversees daily restaurant, bar, banquet, or room-service operations, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth team performance. Candidates are generally expected to have hospitality experience in food and beverage, strong communication skills, knowledge of service standards, and the ability to lead and motivate colleagues. Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, monitoring cleanliness and presentation, handling guest requests or complaints, supporting training, checking stock and equipment, and maintaining health, safety, and brand standards. Experience in a luxury hotel or resort, familiarity with hotel point-of-sale systems, and professional English are usually preferred. The successful candidate should be guest-focused, organized, flexible with working hours, and comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced island resort environment.
