Job Description

The Head Hostess manages the restaurant’s reception and guest seating operations, welcoming visitors and coordinating table assignments to maintain a smooth dining experience. Candidates should have previous experience in restaurant hosting, front-of-house service or a similar hospitality role, excellent communication skills and a professional appearance. Strong knowledge of reservations, table management and guest relations is expected. The role requires confidence handling busy service periods, resolving guest concerns tactfully and working closely with servers, supervisors and kitchen teams. Fluency in English is generally required; additional languages and experience with hotel restaurant systems are advantageous. The successful candidate should be organized, attentive, welcoming and able to deliver Sheraton’s service standards consistently.
