Job Description

The Night Auditor manages overnight hotel operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, payments, reconciliations, and preparation of daily financial and operational reports. Requirements typically include previous hotel front-desk, night audit, or customer-service experience, strong numerical and computer skills, and confidence using property-management systems. Good English communication, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently overnight are essential. The successful candidate is expected to provide warm, professional service, handle guest requests and emergencies calmly, maintain accurate records, and support hotel security and smooth morning operations.
