Engineering Coordinator

Job Description

The Engineering Coordinator supports the hotel’s Engineering team by coordinating maintenance requests, work orders, schedules, records, contractors, purchasing and departmental communication. Candidates should have administrative or hotel engineering experience, strong organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of building systems and workplace safety. Familiarity with maintenance software, Microsoft Office and vendor coordination is beneficial. Japanese communication skills are likely important for working with local suppliers and colleagues, while English may be useful in this international hotel. The successful candidate is expected to respond promptly to operational needs, maintain accurate documentation, follow safety and environmental procedures, and provide dependable support to ensure the property remains safe, functional and well presented.
