Job Description

The Food & Beverage Team Leader supports the smooth operation of the hotel’s restaurant, bar, banquet and related service areas. Responsibilities typically include supervising daily service, coordinating team members, welcoming guests, maintaining service standards, handling guest requests, monitoring presentation and hygiene, and assisting with training. Candidates are generally expected to have hospitality or food and beverage experience, strong communication skills, a professional approach, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods. A responsible service of alcohol certificate may be required, depending on duties. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays is expected. Leadership experience, knowledge of hotel operations and a genuine commitment to creating a positive guest experience would be advantageous.
