Job Description

The Training Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering learning programs that support The Ritz-Carlton’s service standards and Marriott’s brand expectations. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in hospitality, business, human resources or a related field, along with several years of hotel experience and previous responsibility for training or learning and development. Strong communication, presentation, coaching and organizational skills are expected. The candidate should be confident working with multicultural teams, able to assess training needs, maintain records, support onboarding and evaluate program effectiveness. Experience in a luxury hotel or resort, knowledge of Thai employment practices and proficiency in English are advantageous.
