Job Description

The F&B Kitchen Trainee supports the kitchen team with food preparation, basic cooking tasks, plating, ingredient storage and maintaining clean, hygienic work areas. Candidates should be interested in hospitality or culinary operations, willing to learn professional kitchen standards and able to follow recipes, instructions and food-safety procedures. The role requires teamwork, reliability, attention to detail and a positive attitude in a busy environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is normally expected. Previous kitchen experience or culinary training may be helpful but is generally not essential for a trainee position.
