Job Description

The Bar Supervisor leads daily bar operations, supports the team during busy service periods, and helps deliver a polished guest experience. Requirements typically include previous bar or hospitality experience, strong knowledge of beverages and responsible service practices, sound communication skills, and the ability to supervise staff. An Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is generally required. The successful candidate is expected to coach team members, maintain service and presentation standards, manage stock and cash procedures, follow health and safety requirements, and resolve guest concerns professionally. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays is important, along with a professional approach consistent with Marriott service standards.
