Job Description

The Loss Prevention Attendant helps protect guests, employees, property and hotel assets at Kota Kinabalu Marriott Hotel. Typical requirements include secondary education, good communication skills, physical fitness, attention to detail and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Previous experience in hotel security, loss prevention, law enforcement or a related role is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to monitor hotel areas, respond to incidents, prepare reports, enforce safety and security procedures, support emergency responses and maintain confidentiality. A calm, professional manner, sound judgment, honesty and strong teamwork are essential.
