Job Description

The Cook – Late Shift prepares, cooks and presents food for hotel restaurants, banquets and room service during evening and late-night operations. The role requires commercial kitchen experience, knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques, food safety awareness, and the ability to follow recipes and portion standards. Candidates should work efficiently under pressure, maintain a clean and organised workstation, communicate well with the kitchen team and comply with Marriott hygiene and workplace-safety procedures. Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected. Relevant culinary training or experience in a hotel, resort or high-volume kitchen is advantageous.
