Job Description

The Government Relations Specialist manages relationships with government departments and supports the hotel in meeting local legal and administrative requirements. Typical responsibilities include processing visas, work permits, licenses, official documents, and government correspondence; coordinating with ministries; maintaining accurate records; and advising hotel departments on regulatory procedures. Candidates generally need relevant experience in government relations, public administration, human resources, or hotel operations in Qatar, along with strong knowledge of local regulations and government platforms. Arabic and English communication skills, strong organization, discretion, follow-through, and the ability to work professionally with officials are expected. A valid Qatar driving license and established government contacts may be advantageous.
