The Loss Prevention Officer supports the hotel’s security and loss-prevention operations by monitoring surveillance systems, patrolling the property, controlling access, responding to incidents, preparing reports, and assisting guests and colleagues during emergencies. Candidates should have relevant security or hospitality experience, good observation and communication skills, physical fitness, integrity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with local safety procedures, emergency response, incident documentation, and basic computer systems is advantageous. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. A professional appearance, courteous service attitude, and willingness to follow Marriott and hotel security standards are expected.
