Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is a modern Gulf country rather than a single island, offering strong opportunities in hospitality, tourism, wellness, retail, aviation and business services. Dubai is multicultural, fast-paced and highly international, with excellent shopping, dining, beaches and public transport. Workplace culture values punctuality, presentation, respect and strong customer service. English is widely used, while Arabic is the official language. Summers are extremely hot, so indoor facilities and air-conditioned transport shape daily life; winters are pleasant and ideal for outdoor activities. Employers normally sponsor a residence and work visa, arrange medical testing and Emirates ID processing, and provide a labor contract. Candidates should not work on a tourist visa. Relocation packages vary, with some hotels offering accommodation, transport, meals, insurance and annual flights. Costs can be high, particularly for rent, so review the full package, working hours, gratuities and contract terms before accepting.
