Its clients include multinational corporations, financial institutions, governments, and fast-growing businesses. EY Global Delivery Services supports engagements worldwide through specialized teams in areas such as technology consulting, cybersecurity, risk management, data, finance, and business operations. The Philippines is an important EY delivery hub, with offices and teams serving international clients across multiple time zones. EY promotes professional development through structured training, certifications, mobility opportunities, and exposure to complex global projects. Destination Guide

The Philippines offers strong opportunities in IT services, consulting, business-process operations, finance, cybersecurity, software development, healthcare, tourism, and shared services. Manila and nearby Taguig are the main corporate centers, while Cebu and parts of Luzon and Mindanao also have growing technology and outsourcing markets. Filipino culture is generally warm, family-oriented, English-friendly, and relationship-driven, with a strong influence from Asian, Spanish, and American traditions. Lifestyle ranges from busy metropolitan living to affordable coastal and island communities; traffic and rainy-season disruptions are common in major cities. Filipino citizens do not need a visa to work locally. Foreign employees typically need employer sponsorship, an Alien Employment Permit, and an appropriate work visa, commonly a 9(g) pre-arranged employee visa. Relocating workers should budget for housing, healthcare, transportation, taxes, and possible school costs, and confirm current immigration requirements before moving.
