EY is seeking a Real Estate Manager or Senior Manager in Cyprus to support clients across property strategy, investment, development, valuation, transactions and real estate advisory. Candidates should have substantial experience in real estate consulting, investment, valuation, asset management, corporate finance or a related field, together with strong commercial and analytical abilities. A university degree in real estate, finance, economics, surveying, engineering or business is typically expected; relevant professional qualifications are advantageous. The successful candidate will manage engagements, develop client relationships, prepare high-quality reports and presentations, supervise teams, contribute to business development and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders. Strong English, excellent organisation, negotiation skills and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven professional-services environment are important.
