The Warehouse Operative – Nights role involves loading and unloading vehicles, sorting and scanning parcels, moving goods safely, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate warehouse records. Candidates are expected to work overnight shifts, remain physically active for extended periods, follow health and safety procedures, and meet productivity and quality targets. Good reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment are important. Previous warehouse or parcel-handling experience may be useful but is not always essential, as training is commonly provided.
