Job Description

This role plans, develops, and promotes AI-powered data products for Rakuten Insight’s marketing solutions business. Responsibilities may include identifying customer and market needs, shaping product concepts, coordinating with engineering and analytics teams, preparing proposals and promotional materials, and supporting product launches and adoption. Candidates are expected to have experience in product planning, marketing, market research, data services, or AI-related solutions, along with strong project coordination and communication skills. Business-level Japanese and English may be valuable, particularly for collaboration across Rakuten and its overseas operations. The successful candidate should be commercially minded, comfortable working with data and technology, able to explain complex concepts clearly, and capable of managing priorities in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
