Job Description

The Excursion Officer coordinates and promotes resort excursions, including island visits, dolphin cruises, fishing trips, snorkeling, diving and other guest activities. Candidates should have strong English communication skills, excellent local destination knowledge, customer-service experience and confidence in coordinating suppliers, boats, schedules and safety procedures. Experience in a luxury resort, travel agency, tour operation or watersports environment is preferred. The role requires an outgoing, organized and safety-conscious person who can explain activities clearly, manage bookings, handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally. Flexibility is essential, as the position involves working weekends, public holidays and varied shifts in a remote island resort.
