Job Description

Section Waiters are responsible for delivering attentive, efficient food and beverage service within the hotel’s restaurant or dining outlets. Candidates should have previous waiting or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, a friendly and professional manner, and the ability to work effectively in a busy team environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals and drinks, setting and clearing tables, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness, and following food safety and service standards. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected. Knowledge of Australian hospitality practices, responsible service requirements and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction would be advantageous.
