Job Description

The Guest Service Agent welcomes guests, manages check-ins and check-outs, handles reservations and payments, answers enquiries, and helps resolve guest concerns. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a professional and friendly manner, good computer literacy, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Previous hotel or front-office experience is helpful, although training may be provided. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays is expected. Knowledge of hotel systems and additional languages would be an advantage.
