Job Description

The Técnico de Mantenimiento is responsible for keeping The Hoxton Poblenou’s hotel facilities, guest rooms, equipment and common areas safe and operational. Requirements typically include practical experience in hotel or building maintenance, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general repairs, and the ability to respond quickly to faults. Basic computer skills, health and safety awareness, and good organisation are expected. Candidates should be hands-on, reliable, flexible with shifts, and comfortable working independently or with other departments. Spanish is normally required, while English is an advantage in an international hotel environment. A professional attitude and strong focus on guest comfort are essential.
