Job Description

The Waitress is responsible for welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, clearing tables, processing payments, and maintaining excellent service standards. Candidates should have previous restaurant or hotel experience, strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a guest-focused attitude. Knowledge of food and beverage service, hygiene procedures, and basic English is generally expected; additional languages are an advantage. The successful candidate should be courteous, reliable, flexible with shifts, comfortable working in a busy environment, and able to cooperate effectively with the wider food and beverage team.
