Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and other assigned areas to ibis and Accor standards. Duties include making beds, changing linen, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues and respecting guest privacy. Candidates should be reliable, physically fit, well organised and able to work efficiently while standing for extended periods. Previous hotel or cleaning experience is helpful but may not be essential. The role requires attention to detail, a professional appearance, teamwork and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varying shifts. Good communication skills and a commitment to cleanliness, safety and friendly guest service are expected.
