Job Description

The Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the resort’s maintenance, utilities, building systems, equipment and preventive-maintenance programs. Candidates should have a relevant engineering qualification, strong experience in hotel or resort engineering, and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and safety systems. The role requires leadership, budgeting, contractor coordination and compliance with Thai regulations and company standards. The successful candidate is expected to maintain reliable operations, respond quickly to breakdowns, manage the engineering team effectively, control costs and support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives. Good communication skills, practical problem-solving ability and the flexibility to work on-call, weekends or public holidays are important.
