The Bartender prepares and serves cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering friendly, efficient service. Candidates should have previous bar or hospitality experience, good product knowledge, basic cash-handling ability and an understanding of hygiene and responsible alcohol service. Cocktail-making skills and experience in a lively hotel, restaurant or lifestyle venue are advantageous. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
