Job Description

The Food & Beverage Attendant supports restaurant, bar, breakfast and event service at ibis Wellington. Typical responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, preparing beverages, clearing and setting tables, processing payments, maintaining hygiene standards and responding professionally to guest requests. Candidates are expected to have a friendly, reliable and team-oriented approach, good communication skills and a strong focus on customer service. Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience is helpful but may not be essential. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is generally required. Food safety awareness, a neat presentation and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment are important.
