Job Description

The Porter | Concierge role supports guests throughout their stay by welcoming arrivals, handling luggage, arranging transportation, assisting with local recommendations, delivering messages and maintaining a polished hotel entrance. Candidates should have friendly communication skills, a professional presentation, strong customer-service ability and the flexibility to work full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Previous experience in hotels, concierge services or a guest-facing role is advantageous. A valid driver’s licence may be useful, and the ability to safely handle luggage and remain active during shifts is expected. The successful candidate will be reliable, discreet, attentive to detail and confident working with guests from different backgrounds.
